Neville Lumb’s market-leading estimating service is on hand to provide comprehensive, competitive quotations without delay. Their team of estimators have extensive product knowledge and a massive range of suppliers to choose from. Quotations can be supplied ‘as per specs’, from an ‘open spec’ or engineered to meet a budget. They can be supplied as total quantities or split room by room. Whatever the requirement, they will be swift, accurate, dependable and competitive.

Each estimator also checks that all mandatory products and accessories have been included, and that requested products don’t conflict with one another, such as pans not fitting with concealed cisterns or enclosures not fitting on trays, thus avoiding delays and extra costs being incurred at a later date. Once you have selected your bathroom requirements, we can create a Digital Image Specification booklet. This will include images of all products selected and give you a visual reference of the choices you have made and the care and  technical data sheets for future use.

Digital Image Specifications are checked to make sure products are compatible and fit-for-purpose by our team of experts before final sign off.

At Neville Lumb, every aspect of a project is important. From the moment an order is received, a member of the dedicated Customer Service Team works closely with their customer to arrange call-offs and deliveries to suit the programme of works.

Each order is assigned to one Customer Service Manager, providing easy and consistent communication. Any changes to the order or call-offs are simply arranged by contacting the same member of the team, thereby avoiding the need to repeat the history of the order, and the frustrations often caused by being passed from pillar to post. The Neville Lumb Customer Service Team are focused on delivering exceptional customer service, and with the amount of repeat business that they enjoy, the evidence speaks for itself.

From John O’Groats to Land’s End (and even the Islands!), Neville Lumb can deliver to any site throughout the UK. This means there’s no need to change suppliers as new sites are opened, and if the site has restrictions or time constraints, deliveries can be arranged out-of-hours or on vehicles to suit.

Our strategically located depots in Glasgow, Derby and London enable us to hold over £6 million of stock. It’s at these depots we source products from around the world to help reduce lead times for when call offs are made and products are required on site. We have the facilities to hold large orders which we can then create call off schedules specific to our customers needs.
